Mike Fictum, former Owner/Manager of B & B Tax Associates, Inc., has been in the tax preparation business for 42+ years, specializing in personal, estate and trust returns. Mike brings years of experience handling many types of tax related issues.
When not in the office he and his wife Nancy are enjoying their two sons Christopher and Justin and their families. They are also looking forward to their first grandchild in January 2023.
Mike enjoys golfing with family and friends and looking forward to travel and seeing what the future brings.
Nancy has worked in business for 25+ years, first for an oil company then for a heating and air conditioning company. She has been preparing taxes for the last 8 years which includes personal, corporate, partnership, farm and estate/trust returns.
She grew up on a dairy farm near Shawano, Wisconsin. Her siblings and her are currently restoring the old family farmhouse which stood vacant for nearly 30 years. This is a multi-year project which they work on during the summer months. Their aim is to keep it in the family and use it as a vacation/holiday house.
She enjoys quilting, embroidering, reading, the outdoors and now learning new carpentry/fixer upper skills. Her next project is to learn the skill/art/science of beekeeping.
Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family of 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
Debbie is a tax preparer who enjoys meeting with people doing their individual returns and specializes in doing tax returns for owner/operator truckers. With 25 years of experience, Debbie is dedicated to helping her clients with their tax needs.
Prior to doing taxes, Debbie was in the health insurance field for 10 years working in customer service. She loves to sew, fish and most of all travel throughout the United States in her motorhome.
She is always looking for new adventures.
Marilyn is an Administrative Assistant at the Gillett location. She graduated from University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.
Throughout her career she worked for insurance companies (Washington National Insurance Company and Rural Mutual Insurance Company). She resides in Gillett and enjoys traveling and reading.
Jenny is the Director of Operations of Precision Tax Solutions LLC. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in business administration, finance and management, tax law, payroll, and human resources. She has worked in several areas of expertise ranging from accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, corporation and partnership taxation, individual income tax returns as well as income tax planning, benefit plans, and many more various projects. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Lakeland University with a double major in Business Administration and Accounting. She also received a technical diploma from NWTC in Microcomputer Software Application Technology.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, 4 wheeling, traveling, music, and sports. She also enjoys traveling and visiting various islands of the Caribbean.
She enjoys being a part of a dynamic and growing organization and looks forward to building relationships and helping in the continuing success of Precision Tax Solutions.

Carol is the Office Manager at the Green Bay location. Carol previously was employed with Shopko at the General Office for 42 years. Her friendly bubbly personality will greet you upon arrival at our Green Bay office.
During her spare time, she enjoys woodworking and crafts. You might even see her at a craft show or two during the fall months selling her woodworking.
She enjoys spending time with her grandson and time at her cabin.
Becky is the Administrative Assistant at the Gillett location. Becky graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and have a Master of Science in Education from Marian University.
She retired from teaching in June 2021 after 34 years. She resides in the Suring area with her husband and four-legged family members Trudi, Beau, and Chase.
